Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to delivery. Unloading of semi-trailers must be carried out by the Customer or a third party using a forklift truck or similar equipment. The costs of unloading shall be borne by the contractor/client.

The unloading of smaller deliveries by a freight carrier shall be agreed during the quotation stage.

Pallets and pallet collars are returnable items.

Damaged pallets and pallet collars will be invoiced to the contractor/client. Pallets will be collected once the project has been fully installed. Partial collection can be arranged at an additional charge.

Crane delivery: Unloading with a crane at the side of the vehicle is invoiced according to offer or time spent. The price is the market price for 4-axle crane trucks with a 30 T crane.

If physical site conditions prevent delivery as agreed, UWR reserves the right to invoice as if delivery had taken place at the agreed time.

Delivery times will, as far as possible, be scheduled in accordance with the client’s/contractor’s requirements. However, UWR accepts no liability or obligation in relation to the client’s/contractor’s requested delivery times. When placing an order, UWR requires a minimum of three (3) days to arrange the booking.

Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible and shall not give rise to any additional costs or liability for UWR.

At the Client’s request, UWR will arrange, at the Client’s risk and expense, for the goods to be transported to any location in Denmark designated by the Client, provided the location is accessible by road.

Responsibility for the goods passes to the Client/Contractor upon commencement of unloading at the construction site or any other designated delivery location.

Unloading time beyond 1 hour may incur an additional charge per hour per car. The associated costs will be invoiced separately.

Unloading is carried out between 06:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. Unloading on weekends and public holidays is subject to a separate agreement.

Subject to prior written agreement, the Customer may collect the goods ex works. However, a loading time slot must be booked for each collection. Waiting times of up to three (3) hours may occur.

Delivery by biodiesel-powered trucks is available at an additional charge.

The contractor shall, at its own expense, dispose of damaged pallets as well as all packaging materials, including plastic wrap, strapping, cardboard, etc., in accordance with local regulations.
